Rarum Ibe is an architect, designer, and creative professional with over 10 years of experience in architecture and design. A graduate of Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH), with professional experience spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, recreational, medical, and urban-centre projects. Formerly serving as Design Director and Studio Head for three years, Rarum brings extensive experience in architectural design, creative direction, team leadership, project coordination, and studio management. With a strong interest in African architecture and contemporary African design, the work explores the relationship between culture, climate, materials, technology, and identity—seeking to create architecture that is authentic, innovative, and globally relevant. A strong commitment to making African architecture celebrated remains at the heart of the practice, championing architecture as a powerful expression of African identity, creativity, and possibility. Through Studio RID, this vision continues through purposeful, sustainable, and visually compelling spaces that connect people, culture, and place.

Babatunde Blessing Ifeoluwa is an architect and design strategist whose work is anchored in transforming Nigerian architecture through indigenous, locally available building materials. She believes in the combined power of design innovation and sustainable systems in delivering excellence to clients, communities, and the built environment. A First-Class Honours graduate of Architecture from Oduduwa University (2024), Babatunde was best graduating student for both the Department of Architecture and the College of Environmental Design and Management. She has built a multidisciplinary practice spanning project architecture, site management, and design across firms including Cosgrove Investment Limited, Arcaid Consultants, and GreyBoulders. This experience has given her a grounded understanding of what truly drives project delivery, cost strategy, and design excellence in the Nigerian construction landscape. Beyond her architectural practice, Babatunde has a keen interest in art, which continues to inform and enrich her design sensibility.
