The Project Narrative

Ajoké Suites & Apartments is a boutique serviced apartment development rising over four levels in the heart of Lugbe, FHA — just off GTBank, one of the neighbourhood's most recognizable landmarks. Ground Floor — Parking Covered resident and guest parking, finished with clean concrete soffits and linear LED strip lighting for a premium arrival experience. First Floor — Event Hall, Catering & Mechanical Services A flexible event hall with full catering facilities, designed to host gatherings and functions. This level also houses the building's mechanical services area, keeping plant and back-of-house functions discreetly integrated into the building's core. Second Floor — Ensuite Bedrooms Private ensuite bedrooms designed for serviced-apartment comfort, each finished to a hospitality standard. Third Floor — One-Bedroom Units with Kitchen Fully self-contained one-bedroom apartments complete with private kitchens, offering guests an independent, home-like stay experience.
