The Project Narrative

The design commands attention with its bold cantilevered massing, where a floating dark roof slab appears to hover above the structure, framed by a continuous recessed LED light channel that traces its perimeter. This dramatic overhang creates a striking silhouette by day and a warm, glowing crown by night — a signature feature that sets the home apart on the estate skyline. Clean white volumes are offset by textured natural stone and travertine cladding at the base and upper accent walls, lending warmth and tactile richness against the crisp modern geometry. Full-height glazing floods the interior stairwell and living spaces with natural light, while horizontal timber slat screening adds privacy and rhythm to the second-floor balcony.
